Q. How to I place an international order?
A. I do all my international shipping through Etsy. They handle customs information better than my website. Please visit https://www.etsy.com/shop/DavidWhiteGlass Please send me an email or Etsy message if you are looking for a particular piece on my site that isn’t listed on Etsy.

Q. Do you accept commissions?
A. Yes, I’m happy to accept commissions on a case-by-case basis. Please send me an email describing what you’d like, and I will get back to you with pricing and a timeline estimate. Q. How long does a made-to-order dino take to ship?
A. For made to order figurines, it’s usually less than one week. If I have the dinosaur in stock already, it’ll be quicker! I try to mail packages twice a week.

Q. How long does it take you to answer an email?
A. Depending on how many messages are incoming, I may miss some emails. If you suspect this is the case please don’t hesitate to follow up! I can lose track of email threads, and generally sometime’s I’m forgetful. Too focused on dinosaur-making!

  • Orders of finished pieces are processed within 14 business days and shipped via USPS. I try my best to ship orders at least twice a week, so typical processing time is often faster.
  • Made-to-order pieces are usually finished within 14 business days and shipped via USPS
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

All Sales Are Final
  • Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you.
